I LOST THE DIGITAL FILES I PURCHASED. CAN I RETRIEVE THEM?

THE FILE SEEMS TO BE CORRUPT/I CAN’T ACCESS THEM.

Make sure you have the updated softwares of Adobe Acrobat Pro / Preview (for PDF files) and Procreate for use.
